These imposing rock formations are an absolute must-see for every visitor to South Tyrol. As a symbol of the Dolomites, they not only inspire with their sight, but also offer spectacular views of the surrounding area and a variety of hiking trails for all levels.

Seceda - Breathtaking views

The Seceda is world-famous for its incomparable panoramic views of the Dolomites. The spectacular view from the summit is breathtaking on days with a clear view. Take the cable car up to the mountain station. From here, it's just a short walk to your spectacular Instagram photo.

Lago di Braies - The emerald, green pearl

The popular postcard motif of Lake Braies fascinates every visitor with its clear, emerald-green water. Whether boating or hiking, this idyllic place is a highlight of any holiday. It is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site and is now one of the most visited lakes in South Tyrol, even though there is practically nothing there apart from the still existing historic hotel, a boathouse and a few hiking trails.

Marmolata - The queen of the Dolomites

[Translate to English:]

The Marmolada is the highest mountain in the Dolomites. It impresses with its glacier landscapes. It is a paradise for skiers and nature lovers. During the First World War, the “città di ghiaccio”, the so-called “city of ice”, was built on the Marmolada. This military complex was built by Austrian soldiers and consists of more than 10 km of underground tunnels. The museum still tells the story today.

Fane Alm - the most beautiful alpine village in South Tyrol

Close to our chalets is a historically and culturally fascinating place: the Fane Alm. Nestled in the spectacular mountain scenery of the Pfunderer mountains, it offers picture-book alpine romance. The old wooden huts and haylofts and a small church tell ancient traditions and stories. Three of the Almschenken are open in summer and spoil their guests with local specialties. A shuttle takes you from the parking place at the end of the Valsertal almost directly to the Fane Alm. From there it is a 5-minute walk.

Messner Mountain Museum Corones

Reinhold Messner is a world-famous mountaineer from South Tyrol. He has created an architectural statement on the Plan de Corones: the Messner Mountain Museum Corones. The exhibition combines mountaineering legends with Himalayan culture and South Tyrolean history. A must for anyone who loves the mountains.

Brixen Cathedral & Neustift Monastery

Baroque splendor in the heart of Bressanone/Brixen's old town: Bressanone/Brixen Cathedral impresses with its gilded altars and impressive frescoes. Ideal in combination with a stroll through Bressanone/Brixen and a visit to the nearby Neustift monastery. The monastery's winery has been established since 1142, making it one of the oldest in the world.

Bressanone

Brixen is the oldest town in Tyrol: stroll through the “Laubengassen” and enjoy the numerous cafés, visit the Cathedral or immerse yourself in the local Mediterranean delicacies. A stroll through the numerous small stores and boutiques is a rewarding shopping experience for lovers of Italian leather bags and designer fashion.

Bruneck
