Good to know

Check In: Your booked chalet will be ready for you from 3 pm. If you arrive after 6 pm, please let us know in advance.

Check Out: Please vacate the chalet by 10 am on the day of departure.

Deposit: 30% of the total amount.

Children’s rates:
0 - 2.99 years: free
3 - 7.99 years: € 76.00 daily
8 - 13.99 years € 106.00 daily
14 - 17.99 years € 136.00 daily
Additional persons (from 3rd Person) € 156.00 daily

Pets: Dogs are welcome in Valsegg. We would be happy to provide you with a dog basket and dog bowl, which saves you luggage space. We charge €35.00 per day (without food). Dining rooms, as well as spa and bathing area are reserved for two-legged friends.

Minimum stay: This is two nights.

Local tax: Local tax is not included in the price and must be paid on site and for all persons 14 years and older.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival is free.
From 29 to 11 days before arrival, 50% of the booked price will be charged.
From 10 to 7 days before arrival, 90% of the booked price will be charged.
From 6 days before arrival, 100% of the booked price must be paid.
In case of non-arrival or a shorter stay, the full amount of the total price will be charged.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. You are welcome to book this with us at the same time. Booking changes and cancellations must be notified in writing.

By plane to South Tyrol:
The closest airports are Bolzano (65 km), Innsbruck (88 km) or Verona (209 km). From there you can change trains and buses or take an airport transfer. We will be glad to advise you.

Holidays with dog

Your four-legged friend is not just tolerated here – they are warmly welcome. We are sure that your dog will love the walks around Valsegg. Upon arrival, a cozy bed and a stylish dog bowl will already be waiting for you, saving space in your luggage.

For your furry companion, we charge 35.00 euros per day, food not included.
