The Flavors of the Eisack Valley represent South Tyrol’s oldest specialty week and have stood for over fifty years for tradition, quality, and the authenticity of South Tyrolean cuisine. Our menu features South Tyrolean classics, creatively reimagined and enriched with alpine-Mediterranean accents.

Our chefs Michael, Gregor, and Mirko go all out for this special week of indulgence. Using high-quality, regional ingredients from the Eisack Valley, they create dishes that harmoniously combine tradition and creativity. Each component is carefully selected, skillfully prepared, and artfully arranged – making every bite a truly authentic taste experience.
