#1 From bed directly to the breakfast table
Let's face it, we're among ourselves here: it's annoying that on holiday you first have to brush your teeth, comb your hair, put on make-up, get dressed and put up with the presence of strangers before you can even drink the first drop of coffee. We think: Especially on holiday, there should be privacy and at least a few minutes of peaceful silence. It also shouldn't matter whether you bite into an apple in your birthday suit, butter your sandwich in your pyjamas or sip your tea in tip-top style. The fact that the path from the bed to the breakfast table is only a few steps "far" should not only play into the hands of passionate morning grouches. Speaking of the breakfast table. Here at Valsegg, it's already set when you get up. And that, in turn, is the work of our two breakfast fairies.
#2 The breakfast fairies of Chaletdorf Valsegg
Don't worry, you didn't look too deeply into the wine glass yesterday. If you think you're seeing double, you can trust your senses: Because this woman really does exist twice. Boss Magdalena and breakfast fairy Alexandra are twins. Identical ones at that. They share a love of detail and a passion for South Tyrolean food. But Alexandra usually catches the early worm. Together with our pearl Gordana, who by the way bakes the best waffles in the world, she makes sure every morning that you can fortify yourself for the day with a sensational breakfast. The kind of "room service" they offer you morning after morning in your chalet will make any luxury hotel green with envy. Silent as a whisper and incredibly quick, Gordana and Alexandra prepare everything for your mountain breakfast. If you have any special requests, intolerances or allergies, it's best to let them know before you arrive so that the breakfast fairies can prepare for you in the best possible way.
#3 South Tyrol's good taste
We've been talking about fresh rolls, fruity jams, savoury cheeses and fresh fruit for a long time now. You'll want to know what we're serving up. Be sure: it will be delicious, regional and varied. We make our own syrups and apple juice, bacon and salami, and if the season is right, the fresh organic herbs come directly from the chalet garden. Special thanks go to our hard-working flock of chickens, who provide us with the very best eggs. The unbelievably fine goat's cheese is produced by the Untereggerhof, which you can even take a look at, after all it's only a 10-minute walk from Valsegg. And the Gasser bakery provides the delicious bread and pastries. The finest grains from their own cultivation and traditional craftsmanship make this bread so incomparably delicious. Any questions? We are happy to answer them! By email, phone or on Facebook and Instagram.
