For the second time, Restaurant Eggile had the honor of hosting this spring highlight. Our kitchen team reimagined South Tyrolean classics, refining traditional dishes with modern finesse. A huge compliment and a warm thank you to our team at Eggile, who turned this event into a truly special culinary experience.
